Now playing: Tom Grant - Sipping Beauty

Have to check this one out, like his Solo Piano album a lot.

Funny title also, reminds me a little of the idea that the housewife-equivalent of the mobile game ‘Pokemon Go’ is ‘Chardonnay Go’ - finding all the white wine stashes in the household instead of chasing location based Pokemon characters in the neighborhood.

I wish there were some early live recordings (1983-1984), really good pressings, that's when Tate could really scream.:)

While not the best quality, if you have not checked out a recently released title called "Storming Detroit"; you should. It is a not-so-good transfer of an old FM broadcast, but it is better than an audience-recorded boot IMHO. Geoff certainly was in fine form on that one and it meets your year criteria. ;-)

Thanks.

I have a copy on vinyl heading my way. I'm not really a big fan of who did this pressing, but I'm curious..... His voice really did not last that long, well not at least from when the EP and LP were released. Saw them in Sacto, CA in 84, just when The Warning came out. He definitely had a voice back then.
