I bought it via Amazon.de, their German site which is accessible also in other regions. If I'm not mistaken you should be able to order from there and have it sent to the US. At least I am able to order from amazon.com or amazon.co.uk and have the stuff delivered to me in Germany.

Let me know how it goes.
