Now that my network issues have been worked out thanks to Peter Lie, I can report that I am extremely happy with the performance and convenience of the LUMIN D2. The sound is really growing on me. The feature set, functionality, ease of use and Lumin’s history of solid and meaningful updates are impressive. I sit here shaking my head in disbelief that this one-piece solution that does so many things so well is an entry-level product in the LUMIN line.
But the icing on the cake is that you have an extremely knowledgeable and responsive rep in the person of Peter, who is able to diagnose problems and offer solutions right here on this forum in a very timely manner.
Peter, I can’t thank you enough for steering me in the right direction and sorting my network issues out for me. That level of customer service will not be forgotten.
