Hi everybody I`m facing some problems with Radio Stations in my Lumin A1.
I was a long time in Tune In website selecting new radio stations according to my preferences. I have included them in my Library as favorites.
After that I switched on my A1 and refresh the Radio Stations in the App but regretfully not all the new Radios stations included in my Library (favorites from Tune In website) were included.
There were showed only 3 of them and not the rest. (another 6 o 7 new radio stations)
Is there someone with the same problem after including new Radio Stations.?
Some ide on how to fix it and be able to acccess to all Radio Stations already marked as favorites in Tune In website.?
Many thanks in advance. Best Regards;

I'll be curious to see if Peter or anyone chimes in here, because I have the same issue with the T2 (with just one station in particular).

It's kind of funny because I don't even listen to the station at all, but it is a local classic rock station that I like to play in the background when one group of my old friends comes over to play poker. Too many instances of people whining about my selections, asking me to change in the middle of tunes, etc... I've tried re-adding the station, rebooting everything, nothing seems to help and it is only that one station that I've noticed it with.

Thankfully, all but one of the stations that I listen to regularly sound fantastic and are extremely stable.

Now if WWOZ would just up its game and provide better streaming quality, I'd be a very happy camper!

Problem solved..!!!
I have just reset my password 3 times in the Tune In website, login again and selected the new Radio Stations (all them again) as favorites.
After that switched on my Lumin A1 and refresh the station list form the Lumin App.
Now all the selected Radio Stations appear...

I tried twice - once copying and pasting the URL and then typing in the URL manually, and in both cases as soon as I hit post it posts the entire advertising banner. I'll try a third time, separating the address into two parts:

The official website itself is not streaming the radio properly. When it is recovered, I should be able to make a workaround for you.
Peter, I appreciate it but like I said, I rarely listen to this station. So please don't put a whole lot of effort into this, especially since it is Tunein's issue and not LUMIN'S. If it is very quick and easy for you to provide a workaround, you could always PM me.

This is yet another prime example of you and LUMIN going the extra mile for every single customer, no matter how seemingly small the issue is, and even if it isn't LUMIN's issue causing the problem. This kind of attentive customer service is quite rare, and I thank you so much!

I could not agree more. LUMIN's product support, tech support, and customer service are outstanding.

It's still not working. Before reading your new post, I found their e-mail contact [email protected] in their public website to tell them it's not working. Guess what, I received an automated e-mail notification that they "only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list".

It is not only a TuneIn issue but the radio station's own internet broadcast is not working.

It sounds like a bit of disfunction at the station. I will scratch them off my list for sure. Thanks, Peter!
