JOB 225 2-channel Power Amplifier ... update ...

Ha didn't know this was an ad section. I also have my Job up for sale in the classified section. Going to try the next model up the line. Has the AM fuse!!

I would like to change over the speaker connectors on the back of the Job 225 Amp.
I went to take out the anti tamper screws and had a collection of Torx screwdriver bits. I managed to get 2 loose but had to put all my might to loosen them.
I ended up destroying the handful of bits I had. They were all cheapys. I did buy a Kincrome one from our hardware store and that broke off on the first one I tried it on.
I think I was using a T8 bit.

I would like to order a more expensive bit from the net. Would anyone know the exact size I should order?

Really looking forward to peoples impressions of the Job Preamp as more are sold.

Review - JOB 225 amplifier

My buddy Rex is also using the Job with KEF LS50's. He is loving it. And he is finding cables are making a huge difference on the Job.

Ribbons and Alnicos.....sounds like the NOLA formula to me :snicker:

Hello JAY,

Sorry to bother you, i am very interested and curious about your P20/H20 combo...i am about to pull the trigger with this combo, how would you recommend it specially against the JOB225 amplifier?

Regards

Miguel

Tom I just purchase a set of MG Audio Design Planus AG2 interconnects from Richard at Aum with a pair of the
Planus III AG Speaker Cable to follow. And WOW the interconnect makes a huge difference. Other than a toslink and XLR digital inputs there are no other cables, life is good.

Somebody should jump on the Job
