I searched for a Windows Open Home Control Point and found this one:

Upplay: a Qt UPnP audio Control Point

The Gui is very basic but it works. I got a quick response with bugfix next day i wrote to the developer.

I added some screenshots, i use a Lumin U1 mini and an QNAP NAS for minimServer.
