What about the Tannoy DC 10A speakers ?

I was intending on buying the Bosendorfer vc-7 speakers, which, when auditioning them I was very impressed. Then just arriving, a demo pair of Tannoy DC 10A speakers came in, which I also auditioned and was also very impressed, so I bought them. Since they have not been delivered yet, I can still get the Bosendorfers, they are about the same price used. Have I made the right decision? Also, since the Tannoy's have such good bass, should I sell my REL Strata subwoofers? I was thinking with both the Tannoy bass and REL subwoofers, I could overload my listening room which is about 15' X 24', what do you think? Any comments about the Tannoy's will be helpful, Thanks.:S

I love Tannoy and used to own two Canterbury GR and Westminster GR as well. And my dealer had a DC10a and loved it too.Did you get the DC10T or DC10a ? If the later that would be super with alnico driver. Basically they are Kensington with modern design.

Edit : Ok now I saw you got the 10a. It’s a keeper !

Oh you might want to keep the subs and try them with Tannoy before you sell it.
