Maybe it's just me and my mood today, but that review didn't tell me much. No mention of how it sounds with DSD or how the DSD is handled. Anytime I read the words "razor sharp" in a review of a DAC, it reminds me of what I don't like about PCM digital. I can live without zippity doo dah, zippity day.

I came away from that review with the impression that all DAC, whether PCM or DSD, was proprietary and the manufacturer wasn't going to discuss details? Other than that, I think it ends up being personal taste whether "razor sharp" includes harshness or just appropriate detail; to me, worth a listen if I want to know more. I'm never going to take a reviewer's word for it.
