Pioneer CT-F700 tape Deck repair.

Hi......I have the CT-F600 and it seems to be a mile difference in the bells and whistles, LOL!! I'm still working it out from sitting in a closet for about 20 years......is there any adjustment for speed control? I seem to be getting some variations and the guts of the CT-F700 seems to be the exact same as the one I have as far as the mechanical for the cassette control/play/reverse/forward/etc. I am impressed with the sound quality of what I've heard so far and would like to know if it's worth the time and money??!! I've always had great experience with Pioneer products built in the 70's/80's era. Thanks for the display diagrams ......I've had mine apart and it looks the same basically......you just have some more tweaking controls it seems, LOL!
