Came today. Will Velcro to back of iPhone 6+ and doesn't require apple cck.

I must give props to Oppo. Perfect presentation and packaging and it feels oh so cool. So well built.

I just picked up a pair of westone pro 30 earphones. I went to echo audio in Portland and was going to buy the sennheiser ie800 (comfortable with great bass but way to brittle on top for me) or the cardas earphones (wonderfully coherent but way way to veiled/treble shelved down....get eq right though and the cardas were great). Was replacing my etymotic er4p with custom ear molds -- just tired of no low end. The owner Kurt was ranting and raving about the westone and I tried his last pair of demos which were pro 20s. Awesome. Smooth and balanced and incredible isolation, rivaling custom mold. He thought they sold out his personal fave the pro 30 three way, but they ended up having one left in stock so I snagged it. I think I would have to spend well north of 1k to match it. Kurt has his last pair of pro 20s on deep discount. On long vacations or trips j take my Hugo and full size cans. This is for pool side and any shorter trips.

The HA-1 is eye candy to me and the sound of it is very nice. I got to see and try one for a few minutes a few weeks ago. I did not get to see the HA-2 although I'm told it was there. I wasn't looking for it as I am not in need of such a thing. I can only imagine it sounds as nice as the HA-1. I've also heard that the build quality is best in class on the HA-2.

I listened to dsd last night via onkyo hf app. Worked like a champ. Really great pairing with westone. Echo hifi has one pair of the pro 20 earphones on for I believe half off.
