Last night Linda and I went Downtown to see what was easily the most energetic evening of music we have seen is some time. There are bands that are meant to be seen Live (The Stones, Springsteen for example) and now we can add Old Crow Medicine Show to that list. We attend quite a few live shows and I don't remember any group who plays with more energy than these guys. While Americana is not for everyone and I seldom if ever play this music at home one cannot attend a concert like this and not appreciate the talent on stage. Several songs were played and sung at lightning speed. I swear they alternated drummers to give each a rest.
