Well...sort of...

After two years of work, blood, sweat, and tears our collaboration with Shinola has come to light. This has been a labor of love to create an easy to use high-end product with the quality and performance of a VPI and with the style and dedication of a Shinola product. The shared value of both companies is love for an American Made product and opportunity for the American worker.

The Shinola "Runwell" has the platter and motor of a VPI Classic, the tonearm and usability (internal phono) of a VPI Player, and the feel of a true American Made muscle car. Retailing for $2,500, this beast will be available in November assembled in Detroit.

Two-speed belt-driven manual turntable: 33-1/3 and 45 RPM.
Stainless steel precision low-friction tone arm and stand.
300 RPM 24-pole AC synchronous motor.
Pre-mounted moving magnet cartridge.
Solid aluminum top and plate.
Modular phono pre-amplifier.
White oak wood skirt base.
Speed accuracy: >0.3%.
Wow and flutter: >.1%.
Rumble: >85db down.
Metal feet.
Dimensions: 4.3"H x 18.5"W x 13.5"D; weighs approx. 40 lbs.
