McIntosh ML -1C Speakers

The inside of of my speakers look more tired than Grumpy's fork, after 40 years of use. Do I just refoam or buy all new speakers for the cabinets?
If new speakers, where do I find the parts?

I sent my ML-1C and ML-2C midranges and woofers to McIntosh many years ago and they beautifully re-surrounded them. They are doing just fine today in my living room system.

The tweeters and upper midranges are still fine.

If you get new speakers, you will probably need to do some equalization unless each of the the new components have the same dB/m sensitivities.

Do I need new speakers after 40 years or just refoamed.
I have no idea what happens under the grille of any of my speakers or how long they will last.

All you need are new foam surrounds. The new ones are better than the old ones.
