Hello

Do any of you have experience with the latests Lumen White speakers - show or dealer - and have an opinion how they match up relative to the cost?

My own experience was from the latest Warsaw show where the Ayon - Lumen White demo was in best of show territory.

They are certainly beautifull!

the ones i heard sounded very open, fast, dynamic....and shy in slam and weight.

it looks like the company dies every few years and finds a new owner.
prices are madness for what they are.

Not heard the newer ones however I heard Silverflame driven by Robert Koda amps a few years back and was blown away.

Those same Silverflame had spent most of their life in storage until landing in my listening room a month or so ago. I'd been offered the chance to try them several times but given my small room felt there was no way they'd work. Well, they do. An open door to what you put in front of them. Clarity that serves the music, just fabulous and in no way shy down low. In my experience they'll forensically reflect what you put in front of them

Ownership hasn't changed as far as I'm aware, Gerhard Hirt the Ayon owner has been involved from the start though I understand his focus has come and gone, he's currently more involved. I believe the focus of their business is Asia rather than the West. The company does seem to have an alternative approach to marketing!
