Hello all,
My new system is on the way and I would like to share with all of you my experience. I have no direct interest in promoting anything. I am simply passionate about music and I guess this is all that matters.
Many of you here are far more knowledgeable than I am. Advices and opinions will be most welcome.
I did a lot of research before deciding to buy this system. The Grande Utopia are too big for the room where I want to use them, so I settled for Stellas. I listened to several others (Wilson WAMM, Blades, Focal Utopia all line - from Grande to Diablo). I am sure there are many others but I decided to take the Stellas for many subjective reasons. Focal, to me, is one of the world class brands that is definitely able to produce top quality speakers.
I chose Devialet for two main reasons: extraordinary quality of signal, amazing rendering, ease of use, the possibility to have only 2 small and beautiful boxes instead of several boxes. I am not really a techie so I want to keep everything as simple as possible BUT at the same time enjoying superb sounds without breaking the bank.
Once the system will be installed, I will gladly share pics and any other info of interest. I believe that Focal + Devialet are delivering an exceptional experience, especially once you go for Stella Utopia and the Devialet 1000.
