Ekornes Stressless Chairs

Howdy all...

I have read a number of reports from folks who state that these chairs are uncomfortable. Also, that these chairs force the heard forward. I have looked at a number of their choices and it looks like a number of them would indeed force one's head forward.

Now, I did find one model that looks more like a possibility.VegasL.png

This model, called the Vegas, does not seem to have the top potion that would force someone's head as forward as other models...

Any opinions or thoughts??

I was introduced to ekornes furniture while I was staying at someones house in Norway, where they are from. I don't recall the model, but I did buy one and after about a week I returned it. It was not made anywhere near the quality of what I saw in Norway and for that kind of money, should have been nicer. Many of the models do have that extra padded head rest and the most comfortable position is reclined. Sitting straight up is not the most comfortable. More people seem to like the Herman Miller chairs.
 
I think the photo is deceiving. It probably pushes your head forward too.

I would sit in one before making any commitments.
