Hi

i got the Phantom Silver , i just don't get the hipe around this speakers
not so great.

i like the idea of control the music from my ipad / Macbook without cables and using Tidal account
but the sound not so good , too much bass also

i went to best buy and check Sonos 5 and B&W A7 and Bose , the Phantom much better.

it's for my Master bedroom , size 21X18

Thanks

That is a nice size room. How much are you willing to spend on a BR system? Are you only looking for self powered units?

Didnt you have a single speaker (Phantom )? If so how you determine the sounds without stereo sounds unless if its a bose :)

don't have budget in mind
i usually use my Focal Maestro and Vitus mono's
i thought it will be nice to listen to music also in my bedroom.
so i bought the Phantom since many great reviews , but i don't think they worth the money and don't really like the sound.

i think the problem is: i have Focal Maestro with Vitus mono's and almost everything sound boring compare to them.and since i don't have dedicate listening room , i found myself listening more in my bedroom them my living room.if there is no chance to get all in one package like the Phantom but with great sound , i think i don't have any choice and i will get stereo speakers.i thought about used Magico S1 or YG Carmel or Focal Diablo / Sopra No.1i just don't sure if they provide bass or must add small Sub to it.

Avantgarde Zero's!

As I said…Kii is more the size forr a bedroom if you want to go active all in one speaker. However as the OP stated his love for Focals, why not the bookshelf/standmount sized Focal with something like the Job Integrated to keep the cost modest?

Good call on the Zero.1s. I know for a fact they work great on the corners.

Norman - A pair of Sopra 1's would be perfect!

Hi, what is the smallest room that will accommodate the ZERO 1s? Thanks

Avantgarde recommends a listening distance of a minimum of 2 meters (6.5 feet) up to 4 meters (13 feet). Since they can be positioned up against a wall with no problem, Mike's 10x10 room would work well.
Their bass is also adjustable, so if your room is too small, and the big bass driver overpowers it, you can take it down a notch or two.

BTW if anybody's interested, we have one of those Zero.1 babies in the store, for immediate delivery :)

I think "room too small" is less about acoustics and more about the fact that its a BEDROOM and may be space challeneged because of other priorities.

Are the Zeros limited to 44.1 ?
Keith.
