Walked my seven miles today, showered, now just chillin' with the system. Subs to the outside of the speakers, but I didn't capture them in the photo. Currently listening to Vanessa Fernandez, "Use Me" Groove Note one step release via the optical cartridge. So nice.

Whom I discovered on Spotify recently, resulting in me buying a few of her CD's. The production quality of her CD albums is better than a lot of other stuff I own on SACD.

After a recent move, and not having system for quite a long time, it is all slowly coming back together. Things are more or less plonked down for now, and plenty of tweaking to happen.

Her albums are fantastic! I own all four (fourth one came out not too long ago) in DSD512. I have two of them in SACD and two in 45 RPM vinyl as well. All great! The DSD512 may actually sound the best, maybe the rare case where the digital exceeds the 45 RPM vinyl.

Adjusting the bias on the Tektron 2A3/45i I have here....
Any list of awesome systems that don't have to be your own must include this one! Not the best image but I wanted to include the infrasonic panels next to the wall. These go down to 11.5 Hz. Hard to describe because listening to this system was a unique experience for me and I want to resist descending into hyperbole. Nevertheless, ne ultra plus IMHO

Not that I'm EVER going to be in the market for these speakers, but I'm wondering if the infrasonic towers come with the Atriums. I don't see mention of them on the Clarysis website, and they show the speakers themselves going down to 13 Hz.
Another thing that I'm noticing, and pardon me for not having heard or even seen any of these mega-speakers: It seems like whenever I read of "cost-no-object" speakers, in most cases they are very heavy. For example, these things at well over a ton! Mike, I don't know how your crew gets these set up in a hotel room - let alone a customer's home. (Scratching my head, imagining loads of Wheaties and Superman capes...)
I know this - I screwed up big-time missing FLAX this year!

I've got this one on vinyl and it sounds great. I haven't heard the digital version, but I bet it sounds fantastic.
