Hey guys, I am just looking for an update regarding Job's new Mono blocks. Do we know when they will be released, how much power and how much money?
Thanks

Re: JOB Monoblocks
Quite closer from Le Havre on "Le Vert" than here.
-

Re: JOB Monoblocks
I am much "closer" to my Friends here than on "Le Vert". ( The "Green") Which I would personally call "Le Rouge" indeed, "The Red" because of their political ideas.
To explain to my US friends, the "Vert" is a french hifi forum created by lovers of the LS3/5A monitor.
A bunch of jealous, stupid and narrow minded people who think that the problems of our Country come from the "Vases Communicants". If one has money, it is not because he is talented and worked hard. It is because he stole it from others. Good Luck to France with such old fashioned and dumb spirits.
This "class fighting" spirit where the wealthy people are shown as the origin of all the problems, like immoral persons who do not care for others and for misery, is in the blood of french people since the French Revolution. The Revolution was a great thing to create Democracy. But it formatted the mentalities into the never ending fighting classes and made a country unable to adapt to any change.
Too bad, because when it comes to Hifi "theories" the guys at "Le Vert" are not bad at all.
Anyway, I am happier now that I do not visit the place anymore.

Re: JOB Monoblocks
I still can't believe how good the monoblocks sound. I never heard a solid-state amp like this, and I've heard a few in my system and room (Mark Levinson, Plinius and my own Job 225/bryston/Krell). It is so delicately detailed, fast and clear that it can rightly be compared with the very best solid-state. This is the first time I hear my PMC FACT.12's really sing.

Re: JOB Monoblocks
It would be great to hear some thoughts on how the 225 and 250's differ sonically (besides power of course). I don't need the power but monoblocks typically promise better sound if all else is equal.
